All UK and Southern Irish orders are despatched via TNT if they are 3 items or above.These orders have a tracking number.
If your order is for 1-2 items your parcel will be despatched via Royal Mail and will not have a tracking number. If you would like one, we can do so but this will incur an added postage cost. Please kindly inform us at the point of ordering if you require this.
UK Orders (excluding the Scottish Highlands) should arrive within one working day.
Southern Irish Orders can take up to 9 days depending on the customs clearance procedure but on average take 4-5 days to arrive.

If you are returning a faulty item this will need to be put through our Quality Control department. Please allow 10 working days for the outcome of the results.
If the return is faulty due to a manufacturing fault we will credit the postage. Please let us know in your return letter if you would prefer a replacement or credit.
