Christmas deliveries

Please kindly note that the latest order date for pre Christmas deliveries is Tuesday 17th December. We will be closed for Christmas from Friday 20th at 12 noon until Thursday January 2nd. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas.

We despatch all orders within 3 working days and in the U.K for free if the order total is £70 or over. The service we use is Fed EX. Delivery costs are £4.80 for standard service or you will have the option to select a priority service for an additional cost. If you do select a priority service such as 'Prior to 1pm delivery' please note that we must have received your order before 11am to despatch the same day.

Orders to Ireland incur a flat rate shipping charge of £14.95 and the rest of the world is a flat rate of £19.95.

All items are despatched with the Glenbrae logo on the address label. If your order is for a gift or a surprise and you do not want any Glenbrae branding on your parcel, please email information@glenbrae.com with your order reference and please state that you do not want any Glenbrae logos on the outside of the package. 

If you wish to return your order, (or part of your order) please notify us in writing (information@glenbrae.com) that you are returning goods to us and please do so within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note that any items you wish to return must be unused, in their original packaging and a saleable condition, with any labels or tags still attached.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used (unless there is a manufacturing fault). In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund or exchange will be available and send the products back to your original postal address.

Please note that the cost of returning an order (or part of an order) is the responsibility of the customer unless of course there is a manufacturing fault.

We don’t offer an exchange service, however, if you would like to change something that you’ve ordered (size, colour etc.) then please return the garment to the address in our Shipping and Returns section and we will issue you a full product refund. You can then go back online and re-order any new garments

Returns and refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving them.

 

All Duties and Taxes are at the expense of the customer.
