Shipping & Returns

We despatch all orders within 3 working days and in the U.K for free if the order total is £70 or over. The service we use is Fed EX. Delivery costs are £5.70 for standard service within the UK or you will have the option to select a priority service for an additional cost. If you do select a priority service such as 'Prior to 1pm delivery' please note that we must have received your order before 11am to despatch the same day.

Orders to both Northern and Southern Ireland incur a flat rate shipping charge of £14.95 and the rest of the world is a flat rate of £19.95.

All items are despatched with the Glenbrae logo on the address label. If your order is for a gift or a surprise and you do not want any Glenbrae branding on your parcel, please email information@glenbrae.com with your order reference and please state that you do not want any Glenbrae logos on the outside of the package.

All Duties, international Taxes and Customs Fees are at the expense of the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Spectrum Yarns Ltd. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order in accordance with the policy below.

  1. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return your order (or part of it), please notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
You can contact us by email at info@stylecraftltd.co.uk.

Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Please ensure that:

  • Goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached.
  • You include your name, order number, and reason for return in the parcel.

  1. Cost of Returns

Unless an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  1. Exchanges

We do not currently offer a direct exchange service.
If you wish to change your item (for example, a different size or colour), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at information@glenbrae.com.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover the cost of return postage in such cases.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

  1. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Goods that have been used or worn, unless they are faulty.
  • Items that have been custom-made or personalised.
  • Digital downloads once the download process has started.

If returned items are received in a condition that we reasonably believe to be used or damaged (other than due to a fault), we will notify you that no refund or exchange will be available and the goods will be returned to you.
